Proof of Purchase

A valid original receipt or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.

Manufacturing Defects

We will repair or replace any item that we determine, in our sole discretion, to have been damaged due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or abuse
• Accidental damage
• Theft or loss
• Improper storage or care
• Unauthorized repair or modification

Unless otherwise required by law, this warranty also excludes loss of stones or components caused by wear, impact, misuse, or other non-manufacturing issues.

Warranty Review

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Dragons Breath Jewelry. We reserve the right to determine whether the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or another excluded cause.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item and does not include reimbursement for incidental or consequential damages.

Gemstone Bracelet Lifetime Restringing Warranty

Our gemstone bracelets include a lifetime warranty against breakage of the bracelet strand or gemstones.

If your gemstone bracelet breaks, you may return the remaining beads or stones along with:

• Your name
• Return shipping address
• Original order number, if available

Upon receipt, we will restring and replace the bracelet at no charge for labor or materials. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us and for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
