Custom Design Process

Custom orders are created based on the customer’s requested materials, colors, sizing, and design preferences. Communication may take place by email or other approved contact methods.

Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all custom order details before confirming purchase. Once materials are ordered or work has begun, changes may not be possible.

Payment

Full or partial payment may be required before work begins on a custom piece.

Turnaround Time

Custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times will be communicated during the order process but are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Because custom pieces are created specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed workmanship defect.
